Jennifer is a seasoned Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with over 18 years of experience and a proven track record in clinical leadership, health system transformation, and organizational growth. She served as Executive Director of the Sudbury Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic (SDNPC) for 12 years, where she successfully led the expansion of a third site in downtown Sudbury to improve access to care for marginalized populations. SDNPC is recognized as Canada’s first Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic, with NP leadership embedded at every level of the organization.A founding member of Ontario’s Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic Association, Jennifer has been instrumental in shaping the evolution of NP-led care in the province. She is currently pursuing a Master of Health Administration to further deepen her expertise in health systems leadership. She is the co-founder of the consulting firm Clement-Scarfone & Associates.
